The US Shoots National Sovereignty Between the Eyes

I was hoping against hope that the US president would be intelligent for once and decide that maybe it would be better for the US to be seen following the law, rather than be seen trying to remake it. Wrong. On the night of April 13-14 the US dropped massive amounts of ordnance (not cw we assume) over Syria. It did this as the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons was about to start examining the alleged site of the alleged cw attack that served as the pretext for this episode of Uncle Sam the Barbarian. That certainly stopped the investigators in their tracks. Of course the very next day, among the US list of “demands” was that Syria “allow the OPCW to investigate the sites of chemical use.”  We are blind to how others see us anymore. We don’t even care if anybody believes us. As long as we say it, so it shall be.

Bear in mind that the Russian Foreign Minister a month before the phony Douma story of a cw attack had warned that information suggested that there would be “a series” of upcoming cw attacks in e. Ghouta. They would be carried out by the terrorists supported by the US to trigger a US intervention. That this would be a boon to ISIS, as well, was totally unimportant. Alas, the Russians insisted that the OPCW send an investigative team immediately to examine anywhere in the Douma area to see if they could find the site of a cw attack. The Russians and Syrians had not been able to find any, but the OPCW was urged to see if they found otherwise. The team may even have been in Syria already, as it was due to head to Douma the next day. Instead the US and its lame partners, each of whom probably dropped a single bomb to show solidarity, again violated international law, the UNSC, the UN, the OPCW and all sane persons to wage an illegal war against Syria.

Today comes another corker from a country that doesn’t realize that much of the world is beginning to think it needs to be locked up for the safety of the world community. The US is surfacing the rumor, which will soon be “fact” only without any evidence, that the Russians “tampered” with the Douma region. The whole region or just the alleged site, who knows? I guess, what? they cleaned it up so the OPCW wouldn’t find any traces? Whoa. Another fantastic feat from Putin. But who knows anything about cw? Trump could say Putin waved a fairy wand and it all disappeared and expect us to believe it.

It’s as if the NATO trio have together lost their minds and think anything they say is accepted as truth received. Take the idiot Macron. He’s bragging as crudely as Trump does, claiming it was his skills at persuasion that wooed Trump from the path he had only just announced — withdrawing from Syria — and into the bomber jets. Today I read that Macron is making the ludicrous claim that what the belligerent troika did was legal, precisely because there were three of them — and all in the Security Council!

So let’s get it straight. Three guys voted for the Russian resolution calling on the US to withdraw its illegal forces from Syria and they included Russia and China. So do those three have a right to go to the US illegal positions and blow them to kingdom come? There are three and they in fact have the law on their side, although I realize that is not pertinent.

But of course not, because the US thinks it and any of its rotating deputies are not subject to international law, which is so vitally important that the US and its deputies, if any, have a divine right to bomb anybody or any place into the hereafter for their sin of violating international law. Of course you might say this is insane. I do.

In this terminal stage of our delusions of grandeur and just as it seemed the Hegemony we sought would be ours, we saw the whole thing falling apart. All the arms deals, all the property issues, damn, all the money to be made and power to be grown. And Russia, burdened by the US effort to starve it into submission economically, was growing larger in the Middle East steadily and surely, showing wisdom in execution of this bloody conflict and convincing others that it was worth it to be Russia’s friend. And at a time when the US is in a bind, having so many conflicting allegiances in the region that one or the other could lead to serious woe. We have already thrown the Kurds to the wolves without batting an eye, but they could still be useful as pawns, so maybe we’ll step in and go to war with Turkey.

And what to say about the UK, the Americans’ most useful lap dogs? They rushed from one false accusation at home to another in somebody else’s home and in neither case is anybody satisfied with the lies being peddled. All they have as evidence that anything they claim is true is their own personal certainty that things must be as they say. I say “bah.”

The US has single-handed, in one quarter century, dismantled the major underpinnings of international security that kept us safe all through the Cold War. National sovereignty? DOA after these latest depredations. Non-intervention in internal affairs? A goner, except if it is the US or any of its pals involved. Self-determination of nations that allowed the US to intervene in Kosovo and elsewhere? Nope, ask the e. Ukrainians. Territorial integrity? Out the window.

So what does the US propose we replace this security architecture with? You got it. US hegemony. Lex Americana. A flexible truth in lieu of international law, one that suits all those who conspire in the name of war.

I don’t think I’m wrong to say that this Syrian debacle the US president willfully and voluntarily brought upon himself is going to be our last effort at regime change that ever gets off the ground. The “international community” has finally caught on to the US template for war: create bogey-man, arm opposition, find pretext, bomb country, change regime to a new one and less competent one. If not on your television shows that purport to give out news, in many other publications people are debating the stupidity of the US maneuver in Syria. Many think it was rushed because the OPCW was going to prove that the cw story was a fraud. That would undermine all the pending “cw attacks” the USG had up its sleeve in Syria, and who knows where else? (London? New York?)  Hence the US efforts now to sell a story that if nothing was found, it was because Russia did something. The usually silent China has clearly seen which way the wind is blowing, take out Russia to get to China, and now they are emerging as a Russian ally in this face-off with the US and NATO over who gets to rule the world. China has stated only recently it stands militarily with Russia. Unless there is some serious effort to restrain the use of US brute force, we’re surely heading to a war.

I repeat what I have said so many times. The more we come apart at the seams inside our country, the more radical and brutal our foreign policy becomes. Much like the once and never again Roman Empire, the US is falling victim to its own pretensions of power so great and a society so strong that nothing could stop us from having our way.

McCain Wins. Trump Succumbs to Terminal Stupidity, Taunts Russia to Strike Back

This is the straw that broke this camel’s back. Trump will never get my vote again. I won’t be voting for his communist opposition, but that won’t help Trump.

I voted for him because he said he was sick of seeing the US fight phony wars for phony reasons. We needed to bring the troops home, secure our border. He has done none of any of it. He isn’t a pragmatist, a realist, a thinker, he is a deal-maker, and boy, is that ever what we are getting. Lots and lots of deals with Democrats, a supine GOP-controlled (hah!) Congress and a fool for a president. Frankly, he deserves what is coming for him, because he proved an utter loser as a leader.

We are on the brink of war. Putin has said that Russia will blow the missiles and the carriers that launch them out of the air and sea. Trump says, oh, yeah? We have lots of missiles and can blow you and Syria to smithereens! Go home, Russia! Or else! And behind him stand small the UK and France, co-conspirators in this farce, and all those other countries like Germany who wouldn’t mind heading by tank to Moscow, again. In the end, what they all want is the stupid Americans to settle their centuries-old quarrels. Forget that Russia has been invaded by Poland, Sweden, France, and Germany multiple times. Russia should shut up and enjoy it. A moan of pleasure would be appreciated.

So in the end, Trump actually swallowed the Russian conspiracy theory. Think about it.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel truly sanguine about this. Here is an illegal military bloc (our guys, of course) banding together  on a cooked up cw incident (their favorite kind, always impossible to prove!) to wage war and risk nuclear war. The latest pronouncements from the US are so inflammatory and provocative (as they have been now for two years) that any nation would be forced to respond forcefully. As in the bogus Skripal cw poisoning in the UK, Russia is asked to confess, this time that the US is right about long-term ally Assad and accede to another US illegal war. Absent any form of evidence that there even was a cw attack, other than a spurious video of suffering children. Trump told Putin to get his guys out of the area or get destroyed by the US. And what do you think Putin is going to do?

I read that Theresa May is hesitant to go to war against Russia based on cw claims. Understandably, having been snookered by UK and US intelligence in the faux cw attack on England, she might want to see something more than a video made by a personal phone. Especially when the Russians have been to the site and assert there is no cw trace, no victims, no reported respiratory emergencies that were cw-related. Especially since the OPCW that is supposed to stop the use of cw, even by US proxies, has agreed to Russian and Syrian demands for an urgent investigation at the site allegedly hit with who knows what. Chlorine, or even maybe it could be chlorine and a nerve agent, also unknown. There’s the bottom line: unknown. We know squat other than that somebody brought a heart-rending video and spread it around among the Agit-Prop corps on CNN and MSNBC. This made Americans so sad, used as they are to Hollywood tripe, that they supposedly now are ready for war with Russia. The Russian Government alleges that the rush to military action is intended to strike the area at issue and leave nothing behind with which to conduct an OPCW investigation. It makes me sick to know that I think they’re right.

I have a big announcement for the war-makers of America: the era is over when the US can decide who is bad, what he can and cannot do, when he has to leave government and who can govern in other countries — when we ginned up false flag operations to pave the way for a long-anticipated war. As the Russian UN ambassador said, who named the US world policeman, jury, executioner? I’ll tell you who. The military-industrial complex and all the US officials in all branches whom they have put in place with their war booty. Why do you think Arlington and Fairfax Counties, snuggled up and sucking at the Federal teat in Virginia, are the richest places in America? Coincidence?

I’m getting this out before they shut down the internet for security reasons, which would be to stop the outpouring of anger at Trump’s stupidity in capitulating to the McCains of America. The internet it hopping with the outrage of people who were led down the garden path by the bungling Trump, led to believe his wishes for a better US-Russia relationship and an end to regime change. As Trump has demonstrated with China as well, he’s pretty contemptuous of the other guy unless the other guy goes along with Donald. This kind of relationship may hold for a moment, while the other guys recalculate and rearm massively, but eventually it ends in conflict.

If there were an anti-war movement in America, I would be part of it. Instead I hear only rabid jingoism from our media, barring OAN and Tucker Carlson. Americans are frothing at the mouth in a mindless hysteria, wanting to wreak havoc on Russia. Our Russophobia, so helpful to the arms industry and its many tentacles, is destroying international stability. But if that’s what it takes to open up some new arms sales, and to launch the bombs, so be it. The Agit-Prop agents won’t talk about the likelihood that the cw attack was false or the reality that we Americans go to war when the Generals tell us to. And the Generals’ armorers.

This is really the twilight of the American Empire, the glory of which once shone out to Americans as a reason for optimism. We squandered the greatest power any empire ever knew, gifted to us for our persistence in simple defensive military and political/diplomatic policy that allowed the natural demise of the grotesque Soviet system to occur. But we took it as some Iwo Jima moment, look, we won! we won! We were arrogant and pushy and greedy and totally oblivious to the damage we were leaving in our wake, as we decided who could rule and who could not and used our military to make it happen. Now we have decided it is time to cage Russia in and punish it “very bad,” as our ignorant president says. But our Congress has decided it is not a big enough issue to open to debate and a vote for war. Trump has limited war-making powers, and they say this with a straight face knowing the potential that it is not only limited, but full out war. Let us see what happens.

Fifty ways to smear your rival

I’ve been cowering in anxiety over these many weeks, watching the madness unfold. Even as we in the US speak of using tactical nukes when needed and train our European allies how to operate the mechanics using real nukes, we narrow inexorably our diplomatic contacts with Russia. Like, why do you need contacts when you, like, really really hate the other guy? Of all the loonies, the US and UK are the absolute worst, although they have a cause (war with Russia), while so many EU and NATO member countries merely have interests, none of which actually include war with Russia.

Let’s start with the case of the Skripals, who were living peacefully under the aegis of the UK Government, which had years ago traded some Russian spy cooling his heels in a UK prison for Father Skripal, a man who gave the UK/NATO secrets for money, but who was never a KGB/FSB agent. Just a greedy Russian, well-placed. Oddly enough, the daughter has been allowed to wander to and fro freely between Russia and the UK, never having been raped or even given a secondary examination at any Russian entry point. (A totally inadvertant pun.) I can’t vouch for the British.

Dang, every time NATO or its members need a boost for some cock-eyed idea or adventure, the Russians pony up the needed boost. Look at all those brilliantly timed cw attacks in Syria, which allowed the US to bomb some derelict Syrian aircraft and give Nikki Haley her “Die Hard” lines. From the moment this story emerged I said (I really did), “let us await the miraculous recovery of said duo.” And bingo. Yulia, daughter, told her cousin by phone (and I’ll get to that) that she and Dad were just hunky-dory and no problems. Do not worry! And yes, now the Brits tell us, both the Skripals and the inadvertent cop who ran to their assistance are all well and recovering at meteoric rates. It’s a miracle. Not to mention the miracle that this hyper-deadly substance snagged only three people! But then…

Then there is the bizarre case of the dead pets. Supposedly when the animal-loving Brits swarmed over the Skripal home, discovering the cw-smeared front door knob, they never noticed two cats and a guinea pig — no doubt in a big cage! Squealing! Now those beloved family members are dead after gruesome weeks of what? Was it cw that killed them, after untold suffering? Or was it starvation and dehydration, leaving the victims so far gone a vet had to put them down? This also raises the question of whether, in fact, the Skripal home was really “searched,” as they surely knew where the cw was — on that front door knob that nobody but the two Skripals apparently touched. But they missed the squealing guinea pig! It had better be cw or I’m writing to PETA. And SPCA. And if those animals died of cw contamination — egads. The Russians came up with a deadly agent that allows humans miraculous recovery one hundred percent of the time, but murders household pets without exception.

Do you remember the neutron bomb? People hated the very idea, because it killed people but left property values unchanged. Well, at least it left property undamaged. This is called “precision targeting.”

If the Skripals ever doubted who owned them, now they really know.

Okay, back to the phone call. How was this woman, still under intense security, and in a hospital, manage to call Moscow, a call monitored of course by the loathsome FSB? Doesn’t that ring a little odd to you? Did the Brits not know she had a mobile phone? Did she borrow a phone from another patient and call home to Moscow? And how embarrassing that Moscow immediately made it known that the two Skripals were fine, straight from the victim’s mouth.

Okay, so I don’t believe a word of what either the UK or the NATO chorus tells us is so. I am awaiting the evidence, which nobody except NATO and close friends are allowed to see. Guilty until proven innocent prevails, and those dropping bombs for democracy see no conflict.

In any case, the scientists at the UK’s Porton Down, located only a few miles from where the Skripals allegedly fell into comas on a park bench, seemingly decided to save their consciences and screw the government. They made public what they had previously leaked: there is no way to trace back the substance used to who made it. Amazingly, trace cw doesn’t usually have fingerprints or DNA. Now Boris Johnson, the UK Foreign Minister, and everybody else declare they never said it came from Russia. I have to wonder, do they really think us so stupid that we can’t remember what they were screaming at us a few days ago?

So the UK has had to very slightly amend their statement that the stuff “no doubts about it, slam dunk,” came out of Russia, to “it is beyond any reasonable doubt that…”. I really appreciate that droll irony the Brits unfurl when needed, now citing due process to explain why due process was unnecessary.

As for that useless Organization for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), it has thrown its reputation to the winds by violating its own rules and denying Russia access to any information being used as the basis for such a grave allegation.  Instead OPCW cites the need for UK “good will” in allowing the rules to be followed. Fat chance. What a bunch of weenies, and to think, our lives are in their hands.

One last word on the whole farce. Just in the past couple of days, the OPCW showed up for a surprise inspection of cw-free (as declared under international inspection) Russia. Recall that the US is still drawing out the process of destroying its own significant cw stockpiles, which probably contain Novichok-type cw. So not only is Russia unfairly charged, tried and convicted absent any pretense of due process, but now it is singled out for “special inspection” by the very organization denying Russia access to information. Stinkeroo.

Next. Syria. This is why Trump’s governance makes you dizzy. He is panting to get out of Syria, but the Generals, his besties, are not. Some generals are talking about that glorious day when Assad is deposed and democracy rules in Damascus. Hello. ISIS is a goner and if we cooperated with Assad, would be gone. Only five percent of the country is in terrorist hands and Assad has reasserted control (to great popular relief) over most of the country. But still we want to set up illegal bases and act as lightning rods for malcontents? Puh-leeze. Trump, follow your instincts. Pull our guys out and set them up on the US southern border.

And the Mexican invasion. I have to say, I was impressed at the rapidity with which Peña Nieto stopped the looming caravan of unwanted’s that threatened our border. Once Trump pulled out his wallet and saw no money for Mexico and a lot fewer jobs for all those pent-up Mexicans after a NAFTA rewrite or death, the path forward was clear. And I know how venal our friends in Latin America are from close experience. Still, overnight is impressive. I favor the use of the national guards on the border and the wall, physical and technical. Once again, I urge that a country needing lots of manual labor develop a migrant program based on existing ones, where families remain back home, and worker spends no more than half a year working and the other half back home. Then we all are satisfied except those who just want slave-wage labor.

Finally, Mueller. Does this guy know that Ukraine and Russia are no longer, after thousands of years, the same thing? The Russians sometimes get similarly confused. So far, he has zip except on financial shenanigans in Kiev (gasp) that are not supposed to be his bailiwick at all. I figure the worst crime by Manafort was representing the guy who liked Russia, rather than the guy we were about to put into power via a putsch. Rosenstein, another presumed member of the Secret Society mentioned by Romeo and Juliet, told him to go ahead. Dive in! Find out anything on anybody in the entire Cosmos as long as it isn’t Hillary Clinton!

Another hint to Trump: get a new FBI director, assistant director and top bureau officials. Start laying down the law of “Strict Neutrality” and acting against those who still want to wage political warfare using our civil service. Take another look at the Justice Department. And be prepared to go outside the system to get a house-cleaning long, long overdue.

A Veritable Cornucopia of Revenge

I’m smiling. Of course, the revenge I refer to is not that of the “Resistance,” that motley crew of smuggies and losers, but that of the staid old conservatives. We knew from the very moment the story of Russian conspiracies with Trump was birthed that those stories were lies. On so many levels, this was transparent. Hey, tell me: how many people do you know who didn’t make up their mind on how to vote in that election within moments of Trump’s nomination? If Putin himself had shown up on Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s doorstep, with roses and caviar and minks and under-the-table pay-offs and birth control protection, could he have swayed her? How many illiterates are swayed by FB? How many illiterates are Democrats? Egad, the questions are like no-see-ums in August in Florida.

I’ve just been biding my time for the truth to out, after all my blogs that explained the duplicity involved, based on my long experience. I am nevertheless amazed that the truth is outing. The Orcs (no relation to “trolls”) are being routed from the heart of our sacred and ultimate defender of truth and law, the FBI, and its parent agency, the Department of Justice. So far, there is no movement to clean out the CIA, the other key participant in the Russian Fairy Tale. I see that ex-CIA honcho Morell, who was a True Blue Clintonite, is starting to distance himself from the conspirators in his agency. Perhaps he was innocent, just another rah-rah Dem who thought that being progressive still encompassed the idea of fairness and truth. Not like the new breed of Dem Socialists, who think all truth is relative, fairness is stupidity, and lies can be sold as the truth to the “Masses”as easy as pie.  And by gum, these incredibly ugly precepts seem to be selling like hotcakes to today’s youths and spinsters and men who are mentally transgendering to the point of wearing pussy caps and marching with hate-filled women.

Okay. What else? Oh, yes. That stupid shut-down. I worried a bit about it. My often right hubby said that the GOP would be blamed no matter what. I said, “but the Dems are doing it, so I think you’re wrong.” Then I read that the Dems had based their shut-down on polling, and I knew we were a shoo-in for victory. Gee, guess who was right this time? Big win for Trump, yuuuuuuge loss for the Dems and personally for Schumer. And then Schumer, unnerved by being upstaged by Trump, turns face and withdraws a common-sense deal to trade status for the illegals brought as children for the fortification of American security. Now he rejects the latter as virtual anathema and demands all the Dem wishes be fulfilled for free. No borders, no border controls is the Democrat Party Anthem. (And if a baby happens to survive an assassination attempt, they think it’s okay to put a knife through his heart.)

Whew. The Dems are having a Party-wide breakdown. They think the rest of us are brain-damaged by left-wing parents or from surviving assassination attempts as infants.

Let’s look at N. Korea. Still no nuclear conflagration, as Kim what’s him name studies photos of Trump’s multiple buttons. The response is to send cute N. Koreans south to wow the entertainment-starved world at an Olympics that has excluded some of the world’s best athletes on what were transparently political grounds. Kim aka Rocket Man said to be practicing pole vault.

Let’s look at Russia. Still going strong, still mightily miffed at being endlessly smeared by Americans who do not know that communists are Putin’s likely successor in an overthrow! In Syria, and predictably, the Turkish Air Force is pounding the Kurds whom the US briefly wanted to turn into an army to unseat Assad and Erdogan. Of course, the US by then had actually abandoned the Kurds, so there was no need for Erdogan to be so rude. The Russians meantime watch to see at what point they might usefully reinsert themselves into Syrian defense, and pressure their ally Assad to negotiate a safe status for Kurds within an integral Syria.  This is all good news for global stability.

I think Trump is learning in foreign policy, and here is something else I think: a lot of the global leaders who supposedly cringe at Trump’s overly-direct words are not at all offended. In fact, they love it, they approve of it, they encourage it. The truth, and the most powerful man in the world is saying it! Listen to the president of Uganda, who just loves Trump’s willingness to cut through the crap. I am pretty sure that every Latin American leader, from Mexico to Peru, envies Trump for the freedom and power to say truth. And applauds it, because for once an American president isn’t talking about taking responsibility for Latin America out of their (hapless) hands. I drank a lot of beers and vodkas with a lot of tough male politicians south of the border, and I never heard one of them praise a wuss. I guess the only places where leaders are cringing are those headed by women.

How could I close without a fond adieu to the Me-Too Movement, which is fading like the Wicked Witch of the West. I see the Wall Street Journal has run an article on the Weinstein brothers and how they founded an empire. I’d say rehab of the grabbers is underway, while the stupid, stupid women who blabbed are being silenced by the simple act of denying them work (who wants to work with backstabbers and crybabies?). The few women who were really heroines, such as Courtney Love, will probably get it in the back, as well, while the savvier, such as Streep, will get a free pass. Ho-hum, another day in Sodom and Gomorrah.

at last

Even as our friends on the left laughed and celebrated and threw their hats in the air, convinced that Trump was headed for impeachment as a traitor who stole the election, convinced he was a madman for impugning the honor of Barack Hussein Obama, a few brave people within the US Civil Service snuck out of the range of fire to report to California Representative Nunes on how in fact Trump was surveilled, or as the President said “wire-tapped.” How sweet it is.

When Trump made his accusation (and wouldn’t you like to know who really tipped him off?), prima donna James Comey flew to the press in a snit of righteousness to say he had asked the DOJ to issue a flat denial of anybody authorizing “wire-tapping” against the then president-elect or even candidate. Of course that was a pure technicality, which is another way of saying “lie.” Then Comey, with that pugnacious jaw thrust out, tried to finish off Trump by announcing that he and his campaign were under investigation for treason, i.e. collusion with the Russians to steal Hillary’s coronation, and had been since mid-2016. But Comey was oh, so coy about the issue of felonious leakers currently lurking within the USG. Seems maybe the FBI gives a damn; and maybe not. His goal was pretty clear, a chance to get even for Trump’s outrageous use of “outreach” to out the FBI.

Now we know that some unstated number of Trump allies and maybe even Trump himself were under surveillance under the Obama regime. Hence the leaks the Dems were hoping the rest of us would buy as “smoking guns” and just cause to remove Trump and install Hillary. Boy, Comey always comes up smelling like horse excrement.

Needless to say, the Democrats and their cronies in the press gasp about Rep. Nunes rushing to tell the Prez that he had been right after all. “You favor the president!” screamed Schiff. What Nunes should have said was, “and how about you? aren’t you actively opposing the president? this brings some balance.” But Nunes didn’t care and he did right. If he hadn’t outed the lie into the public domain, it would have “disappeared” like all those who ran afoul of the CIA in Latin America in the 40s and 50s and 60s and 70s and 80s and no doubt 90s (then I retired from the State Department).

I’m happy to find that my own judgment was correct, that there had of course been surveillance call it what you will against Trump and his allies. How else would you have had leaks of conversations? It wasn’t  magic, was it? And finally someone did indeed have the courage to buck the trend and end the silence about the massive abuse of Executive Branch powers by the Obama administration.

(Note: I’m listening to that purveyor of lies, Adam Schiff, tell us that Obama partisan Sally Yates is willing, yea frothing at the mouth, to come forward and defame Trump. Okay. Maybe not “defame Trump” literally, but in reality, yes. It’s tough being on defense, Adam.)

So here is the bottom line: the CIA probably planted electronic trace that allegedly led back to Russia to back up the Brennan/Clapper lie it was Russia and NOT Seth Rich of DNC dissidence fame who passed the evidence of DNC corruption to Wikileaks. Take a look at Zero Hedge  on this subject.  At a minimum, they had the capability to do so. (See Wikileaks.) They padded this bit of electronic “evidence” with the kind of scurrilous rumor-mongering that Brit ex-spy Steele was selling. Then their pals in the intel community either turned a blind eye to the lie of collusion and a “false election” (I’d guess Adm. Rogers…) or colluded actively in the lie. This happened as a result of the politicization of the civil service, which is supposed to be a totally neutral body. If not, you’d have people leaking top secret information to deep-six the opposition. Imagine.

I was trying to write about all this for weeks, but I kept discarding my drafts. I felt there was something else coming that would clarify the situation. What Nunes has brought forth, thanks to that heroic “deep throat¨ has indeed clarified the situation. Now others are stepping up to reveal what was going on under Obama to sabotage the Trump Administration. We are in a perilous state of governance in which our decisions are being shaped by false information

Sedition and treason stalk America

I watch astounded at the audacity of ignorant thugs hired by the left wreaking havoc on our nation. They are the paid hounds of hell, loosed on our society to force confrontation between the Marxist-Leninists (aka socialists) and the deplorables, also known as right-wingers, Nazis, neo-Nazis, fascists, and so on. (Did you ever notice how communists is never a dirty word for these guys?) I see that the unhinged Sarah Silverman became terrified by the neo-Nazi symbols painted all over New York. Those were, of course, utility markings that actually bore very little resemblance to a swastika. A woman contemptuous of Israel on a daily basis, she used her Jewish card to excuse her stupidity. Everything, including the tracks of slalom skiers, reminds her of swastikas, like the hiss of a snake is ingrained in a bird’s brain. Another tweeter skewered her stupidity with a series of tweets featuring “neo-Nazis” (utility workers) doing various neo-Nazi things, like raising the Iron Cross (a utility pole) that bore an obvious resemblance to “T” for Trump. He’s funny. She’s just, well, stupid.

Let’s be frank. There is a paid and coordinated effort to create public hysteria (the Russian menace; the Nazi regime) in order to feed approval for acts of subversion and treason against an elected president and the USG. They want to bring down Trump, and are happy to tear down the Constitution, individual rights and public order to do so. I worked for years for the USG, as did my husband. I have never seen this kind of open sabotage by people paid out of public funds. There was always a Democrat preference, but never the deliberate undermining of superiors. This is scary and shameful. This is unprecedented. These people want permanent power and we are the mote in their eye.

Regime change has come home to roost. You better believe all those who suffered it at our hands are cheering. They’re scared, but they’re cheering. The hand of God and all that.

Trump has to move much more rapidly to remove removable officials suspected of being opposition activists, what we should rightly call moles and saboteurs. It isn’t enough to take out the top political appointees, he needs to dig deeper into the hierarchy and start rooting out those who have violated their oath of neutrality. The bureaucracy will otherwise bury him.

Another issue: the Russophobia. The degree of hysterical coverage of Russia has surpassed anything I have ever seen, which includes the entire Cold War. It is not a coincidence that this rise in public fear happens months after the USG funded a major program (under Obama) to counter Russian propaganda with US propaganda aimed at Russia. There was even a press conference to announce the start of this Big Lie program. And Russia is such an easy sap to set up as the Arch-Enemy of America. Only problem is this: today’s America is spelled “Amerika.” The people pressing the anti-Russian line are either insane (McCain) or uninformed, or making big money on our mounting military aggression against Russia (the military-industrial et al complex). Then there is the Democrat Fifth Column. The anti-Russian crusade was triggered by the contempt heaped on Hillary Clinton by Putin, who much preferred the pragmatic anti-regime change Trump to the bellicose airhead who thought she was born to lead the world. Much like Obama, but less successful.

This is sheer madness. Furthermore, it is being promoted, whipped up, by our intelligence agencies who nevertheless fail to provide us any proof. So much of this slop they are serving up is pure lurid imagination, like the slimy story sold to his business patrons by the ex-spy (and now we know why he is an ex-spy) Steele. Real intelligence analysts scoff at the entire “Russia hacked the DNC and Podesta!” story. There isn’t a shred of credible proof that was ever presented; the original source of this dope was some shadowy character on the black side of the CIA; the FBI never examined the DNC servers. They took the word of some private company, and used this to spin out a fantasy. It is repugnant. Our intelligence services are corrupted and seriously.

The two memes, that Russia is a major threat to the world and that they stole the US election for the evil Donald Trump, could bring an end to our system of government. We have reached a point where the rotten brats brought up in our indoctrination camps, aka public education, think a one-party dictatorship is a good thing, but only if they are it. Otherwise, “by any means necessary.”

Here is what I want to see. I want to see the immigration raids continue relentlessly. I want to see the leakers tracked down and arrested and held without bail pending trial. I want an investigation of John Brennan and Mike Morell. I want an investigation into Soros funding of the rampant violence. I want both the Clinton server crimes and the Clinton Foundation crimes investigated. And I want to see the back of the Clintons (despite those ugly big saggy asses).

I usually have been a few years ahead of the curve in my predictions, although this year is a real drag on my average. But I’ll venture this. We are headed into a deliberately provoked civil war. Prepare for it.

For Christ’s sake, the Preppers were right.

Jigsaw Puzzles: The US Putting in the last Piece

I have been hammering away at this theme for a long time now and my instinct tells me we are near endgame (in so many ways). US “foreign policy strategists” have walked our government through the paces necessary to bring America to a point where we Americans might be duped into going for forced regime change in Syria. (For those growing up on Jupiter: this used to be called invasion and occupation). There was an essential miscalculation of timing here. Far too long passed between when our government began mulling over another war in Syria and the present, when our country’s entire complex of war hawks have congregated around the vile Mrs. Clinton like vultures. Into the abyss of opportunity lost fell our advantage. Russia saw the need, saw the challenge and took the chance. On all fronts, the signs are of WWIII, with an arrogant US demanding Russia and Syria and Iran kneel. It ain’t gonna happen. I’m not going to get into China and affronts to its power within its region. And then we come to “what next?”

Americans are afraid and they should be. Just imagine that every person we have killed by drone, direct invasion, proxies or bombs at 35,000 feet springs up into a family of 30 or 40 or 400 who wish the US active harm. That’s a lot of hate and revenge.

The Russians have a right to both fear and be mad at Islamist murderers, who not that ago took over an elementary school and murdered hundreds of persons in Russia. Then there was the jihadist take-over of the Moscow theater where the hit musical “North-West” was playing. In the house there were the young, the old, the rich, the poor, the good and the bad. When the Russians decided that the people wearing suicide bombs might be nearing the end of their physical resistance and the moment when the bombs would go off, the Russians used a gas to subdue them. Then they sent in their own Spec Ops teams to kill each and every terrorist, male and female, where they lay snoozing next to knocked-out hostages. Unfortunately, as a German doctor interviewed told one news outlet, in order to insure that not one adult terrorist survived to trigger a device, it was inevitable that those taking the theater would sacrifice the very young and the very old and ill. Russia had a hard choice to make and Russia made it. It always does.

The same thing happened in Syria, where Russia was not itching to get into a fight. But just as the rest of us did, the Russians wondered what the hell was going on when the US was inert in the face of growing ISIS power and control of territory. Why wasn’t the US, up to its eyeballs in the Syrian civil war, going after ISIS and its affiliates and those of Al Qaeda in that country? ISIS was stealing oil and shipping it through Turkey to finance its operations; Turkey did nothing. It got a commission. The US did  nothing. All they wanted was to weaken Assad. Screw the rest of the issues. It wasn’t until Russia made public the aerial footage of the oil convoys heading to the Turkish border that the US decided it had to act or tell the truth regarding its intentions. Today it brags how stalwart it is against ISIS. Believe it at your peril.

Now thanks to Mr. Assange (note for future historians: a genuine and early global political prisoner. end note.) and Wikileaks  we know that in 2006, our hero GW Bush was being advised by a lot of the same folks who are now advising Hillary Clinton on the subject of how to undermine Assad and the stability of Syria via sabotage, infiltration and subterfuge. The advisers have all been big shots in the USG and players in the military-industrial complex.

Anybody out there, if somebody tries to tell you Russia should be before a Human Rights Tribunal because of Syria, you refer them to that fact. It was the US that started the Syrian civil war for its own dirty purposes long before the visible results appeared. Russia is only there because the US is totally lost in its own corruption and unable to guide the world. The Russians are the single most important factor in the beating back of ISIS in Syria, in which the US has played chiefly a negative role through our arming and training and support of terrorists. “Alt-terror.”

So, here’s where we are. The US is getting tired of the upstart Russia, with Iranian help, blocking US power in Syria. It wants done. How will it do it? Enter: human rights charade. Aleppo is just the ticket. Russia Today (RT), the most hated of media outlets due to its enormous global popularity and its willingness to disclose the dirt hidden away by our governments, reports that eastern Aleppo doesn’t house just innocent civilians, but a whole slew of American-backed terrorists (Al Nusra) using these people as human shields. But the US does not consider going after Al-Nusra to be a priority per Admiral James Kirby aka diplomatic spokesperson. They want to go after Assad. But dang, the “bad guys” are using their lawful power in the UNSC to block the US from another war.

Ah-ha. Go to the bogus UN human rights committee, which has no veto power, and get a resolution calling what Russia is doing an “atrocity” and a “human rights catastrophe.” Outlaw any action in Aleppo, where the US can’t win, but hopes to carve out an area of operations from which to launch further actions against Assad. Hey, isn’t that what the international legal system is for? That’s what the federal legal system is for in the US.

I’m sure it’s all ho-hum by now. We have an election on hand with the choices being Dopey or the Evil Queen.

I always loved Dopey.

Vote the War Party! Vote Hillary!

I am largely resigned to all the things that I fear are to come. These start with an effective one-party takeover of the USG, the rewriting of all laws and rules (including those governing changes to the Constitution) to make them ideologically correct, and legislative and judicial branches marching in step with the Executive in foisting on us a State Political Philosophy. The processes already begun by the left will go at a faster pace — from the spread of mandatory unionism to vast State control over the media (including and especially the internet), from mandatory voting to suppression of religious expression. There will be no demurring from the State position, as both the legislature and the judiciary will be firmly under the control of the far left. Ruth Bader Ginsberg could give you a lecture on how “n’sync” the lefties on the Supreme Court are with the world’s progressives. These new justices don’t care if you know they have already decided cases not before them, just as the faux journalists don’t care if you call them propagandists. Biased, and proud of it!

The other worry that I fear will be realized is that a Clinton presidency would lead to heightened conflict and even war with Russia, in Syria certainly and perhaps in Ukraine, as well. The USG has already trained and armed Kiev’s special forces who only recently tried to infiltrate saboteurs into the military facilities in Crimea, in the course of which they lost their lives. The US and Kiev of course denied it all, calling it a provocation by Russia. The incident ratcheted up tensions in eastern Ukraine, with Russia’s proxies fighting the US proxies; and it also expedited Moscow’s delivery of state-of-the-art anti-air systems and other sophisticated military hardware to the peninsula. Like it or not, Russia owns Crimea and within a few short years, it will be a major military port bristling with all sorts of armament and technology. Anybody who plans to wage battle in the Black Sea should be prepared for total war.

Kiev’s provocations, just like those of Georgia, are oil poured on an already volatile situation. And it is this kind of reckless behavior that the US is encouraging and facilitating. (I still think the Georgian president was nudged to take action in S. Ossetia by the American military.) Our course is fraught with danger, but it does not deter the unholy alliance of the neocons and the corrupt Clinton camp in pushing for Ukraine membership in NATO. After all, it was her husband who made the fateful decision to enlarge NATO, why should she not be the one that takes it right to Moscow’s doorstep and over it into war? Expect Mrs. Clinton to deepen US-Ukraine military collaboration in ways that are directly threatening to Russian national security and, as a result, to our own.

In Syria, rumor has it that Madame’s first order of business will be to undertake regime change, Russia be damned. If this is true, we should all take to the streets to make our strenuous disagreement palpable. (But it won’t happen.) Russia is not going to back down even in the face of NATO aggression (and of course there will be no UNSC resolution legitimizing US aggression). Moscow will reinforce its military at Latakia and increase its air sorties. The Syrians have already given Russia use of a second base, and now the Chinese are getting more involved, as well. They will be working overtime to bring under the control of Damascus as great a swath of Syrian territory as possible, bombing anything that moves and that includes Americans. It would then be a shooting war.

Hillary Clinton wants a war. She wants to pull off a victory somewhere, this American cowgirl, that would dwarf anything Obama did. Alas for all of us, the places that are easy to bomb and take over with proxies have already been bombed and taken over. They are the rubble you see strewn across the Middle East. What remains are the nations that created nuclear arsenals precisely to prevent an aggressor from attempting, directly or indirectly, an assault on their sovereignty. Those nations include China and Russia and (probably) Iran, all regional powers that have resisted US dominion and demands. In the real world, one would think, “how can we reconcile our needs and interests so as to avoid war?” But I don’t think Hillary operates in the real world. She operates wherever it is that she communes with Eleanor Roosevelt.

And how could I not mention that weasel-faced jerk Mike Morrell, formerly of the CIA and now a Hillary adviser. (This is a good fit, as both the CIA and Hillary Clinton absolutely require that employees have the ability to lie glibly and sell any story as the truth.) Morell formerly condemned Hillary for such negligence in handling of classified information that he was absolutely certain the illegally-used server had been hacked by multiple sources. Now he thinks she’d be a steady hand at the helm. Of course, here’s what Morell thinks about icing our supposed foes and actual rivals:

“What they need is to have the Russians and Iranians pay a little price,” Morell said. “When we were in Iraq, the Iranians were giving weapons to the Shia militia, who were killing American soldiers, right? The Iranians were making us pay a price. We need to make the Iranians pay a price in Syria. We need to make the Russians pay a price.” Morell said the killing of Russians and Iranians should be undertaken “covertly, so you don’t tell the world about it, you don’t stand up at the Pentagon and say ‘we did this.’ But you make sure they know it in Moscow and Tehran.”

Judge for yourself. Who is a greater danger to continued life on the planet? Donald Trump who wants to collaborate with Russia to defeat ISIS in Syria; who wants to toss that disastrous Utopian fantasy, nation-building, overboard; who thinks that conflict is the last resort, not the first? Or a woman who has surrounded herself with the worst of the war hawks and the military-industrial complex, in which the lackey Morell is but a small cog? The latter group is drooling at the chance to go to war against Russia, and I predict they will try a two-prong approach in both Syria and Ukraine. I think they are incredibly thick and arrogant and I also think they are extremely dangerous. Thanks to the Dems and the GOP elite, both in bed with the war industrialists, we have a military so light and fast that it can destroy anything. What we don’t have is a competent diplomatic corps, a wise or truthful government, or any clue what the hell we are doing. How many countries do we have to destroy and leave destroyed for decades to come before we come to our senses?

Trump needs to push Clinton on her plans for Syria, and ask whether the rumor of a planned January 2017 war against Assad is correct. He needs to press her on her plans for further expansion of NATO. He needs to demand to know what weaponry has been shipped to Ukraine and what training we are providing. He needs to ask if the US military or NATO military are advising Ukraine on its military provocations against Russia. He needs to expose all the corrupt ties between certain Democrats and the Ukrainian US-imposed regime. These are all critical matters and the Psychopathic Liar should not be allowed to skate without warning us what she has up her sleeve.

It’s Official: United States is a Banana Republic!

I am still in shock. That bastard Comey has declared Hillary Clinton NOT a criminal even though she deliberately and for four consecutive years left all the communications from the Secretary of State open to (his opinion) likely hacking by enemies of this country. I would bet my entire pension that Vladimir Putin and the guy in charge of China read Mrs. Clinton’s emails while on the bathroom throne. And then use the record for something else.

Let’s repeat  it for the record: this decision by Comey came on the heels of a meeting between the Attorney General, his boss — the one who wants to hunt down legal US gun owners and anyone who is mean to Islam — and that old El Corrupto, Bill Clinton. It was supposed to be a secret meeting on the tarmac, two private jets belonging to the Power Set, where whispers were exchanged — no photos! no microphones! — but alas, the conspirators were discovered and while those of us sick at what is happening in this country fumed at this meeting, the AG reacted as if it was all a big ho-hum. So, you caught us in another act of blatant corruption, big deal. Who cares? Of course, if only I could do it all over again…

Did Obama ever even say a peep about this tryst on a tarmac? Don’t think so. But I think I discern behind all these egregious actions a giant middle finger, the dark brown of someone half Kenyan and the other half “One Hundred Percent Global,” floating on the horizon. I can’t wait to see the next thing Obama does to offend our country’s good people before his big ass is bounced onto the pavement. He thinks this is a big ha-ha, I guarantee you. In fact, the theme of Obama’s eight years of destroying America is “Who cares?” Who cares about the Constitution, who cares about the law, who cares about opposition, who cares that I am totally bought and sold and corrupt and stupid? — where is that brilliant historian who will write this for us, that biography of Obama called, Who Cares? (co-authored with George Soros).

Back to the total posturer, Jim Comey. In recommending no criminal or other charges against the offending Clinton, he chose to ignore:

— all those thousands of deleted emails — official USG communications being sent on an unauthorized server, an insecure server, known to be such to key officials of the US Department of State — that Mrs Clinton unilaterally decided to withhold from official archivists and then destroy. What was in them? How do they know? Destruction of even one document is grounds for felony charges;

— the fact that even people working for an outside organization, the Clinton Foundation, were allowed access to this insecure email server, which transmitted many highly classified items of information;

— the fact that it is accepted by all hackers that the Clinton private server was hacked, giving all sorts of people access to classified information.

— the fact that the CIA said it was certain she was hacked.

How can Comey say, “but don’t anybody else do this henceforth, or else!” and still absolve her? Isn’t that prima facie evidence of special consideration? Is this Corruption writ large, or what? It is so shameful, that I can really say today, “For the first time in my  life, I am not proud to be an American.”

Can you believe that we bomb countries because they have a corrupt judicial system?

I could go on, but it is making my blood pressure soar. I was under FBI escort and spent about 3 and a half hours in actual interrogation at FBI HQ because of an unfounded (and unproven) rumor spread by a Cuban KGB guy, who actually seems to have been pointing to another woman in the Consulate. Gen. Petraeus told a US military vet (his lover) with a security clearance information she shouldn’t have had and the Obama Administration turned him over (after secretly recording his trysts, no doubt) for public roasting. Jim Comey thought Petraeus, unlike Mrs. Clinton — a serial offender — deserved a sentence.

But Jim Comey didn’t get to be head of the FBI by being a straight arrow. A friend of mine called Comey that weeks ago; something niggled in the back of my head saying “Comey is a political stooge” and I said so. Now my niggling sense was proven right. How sad.

The combination of all these events is like a crown on an administration that has gloried in all the things they have destroyed: marriage (dead); the US military (queerified and beyond); US borders — huh?; US foreign policy — the bombing begins in 5 minutes.  Now, in addition to the EPA and IRS gestapo, we have the usual gestapo, the FBI, but now a truly State Gestapo.

Folks. I frankly think it’s too late to recover any foundation for our country. We are fragmenting into ever smaller pieces while at the same time, our government grows larger.  Our rights are disappearing and the idiots who vote, many many of them, favor that direction. Give us bread. Give us a roof no matter how humble. Open the borders and let love reign supreme. Tell us how to think and live. This is the New America and who better to be that bridge than the Clintons?

My husband is reading this so I have a message for him: maybe not Costa Rica, but where?

Who Cares?

I’m coming close to that state of blissful indifference to everything that I once experienced in a traffic accident that didn’t happen, but thanks only to Heavenly Intervention. Only this time I’m not anticipating that God will stop doing something important, like working on “Human Being, Type II,” to save our sorry behinds from what is heading our way.

Trump has won the Republican candidacy. His big ugly persona carried the day. Right now, in a match-up with Hillary Clinton, Trump leads (Rasmussen poll) by a couple of points. But another poll has her up by 13 points. On the other hand, Guccifer the Mad Romanian has told the FBI that hacking Hillary Clinton’s server was a snap. (Despite the fact that her computer was under Secret Service observation at all times, per Mrs. C.) What are the chances that the Russians and the Chinese and probably a dozen other countries didn’t hack into it as well? I bet Mr. Putin has a special file cabinet full of her emails. We all await with bated breaths the announcement of Hillary Clinton’s indictment, sure to come at any moment, or maybe not.

Still, it is apparent that the great majority of American voters agree with me that this is the worst set of choices given to our country ever. Trump just hits the 41 percent mark and she is at 39. She is the walking personification of corruption and venality, she is rank with it, but still — 39 percent of voters want her to continue to use public service to enrich herself and her miserable little family.

As for Trump, he is Erratic with a capital E. He once boasted he can do business with Putin and get back on good terms with Russia, but he just told the world that if Russian jets buzzed US warships close to Russia’s border he would just have them shot down. Don’t you just love a strong man? Trump also thinks transgendered people should get to use the bathroom of their choice. He wouldn’t even demand a genital check. Do the people thumping Trump’s drum have any idea how totally uninformed and off the wall he is, how unpredictable and unfixed? I don’t want to ponder what would lie ahead under a Trump presidency — whom would he select for the Supreme Court, for example? A New York Republican? The guy is like a ticking time bomb.

Trump is for Trump, it’s that simple. Others may feel the outflow of his good will, but it’s all about him. Are there no politicians today except for these self-absorbed and sad examples of the decay of US society and politics?

But I have to vote for Trump. Because the other side offers no choices either. Can we really endure four years of Hillary in Mao suits with both hands in the cookie jar? Wouldn’t we need to do a sonogram to look for all the loot she would carry out of the White House this time? Can we afford the pick she would make to the Supreme Court?

So I’m trying to zone out and not think about what alternative futures await us, as NATO “ponders Russian risk-taking” instead of worrying about its own and the US goes so far down the drain that you can hear the sucking noise.

Instead let’s turn to Syria, which was supposedly in a truce-like situation. Russia withdrew most of its air forces, but stated it would continue to support the Syrian offensive against ISIS and any others threatening Syria, as needed. Russia was reporting ceasefire violations by the US-backed forces from the start of the agreement, which is no surprise. The US is trying to get their mercenaries deployed into new operational sites before they go to the next phase of fighting.

As I’ve said before, US Plan A and Plan B were always intended by the US to be one plan to overthrow Assad. Plan A was a mutually agreed path toward a negotiated political settlement that, at Russian and Syrian insistence, could not include the ouster of Assad except through a popular referendum, and at Turkey’s insistence, couldn’t include the Kurds who are fighting ISIS in Syria. Allowing a referendum on who should lead the government without first ousting Assad is something the US waffled on but secretly abhorred. Since the US always planned to use the ceasefire to put their troops into place, it knew Plan A would fail when Russia and Syria reacted with force to prevent that happening. Hence, Plan B, the overt armed overthrow of Assad that, the US and NATO will argue, was made unavoidable by Assad and Russia’s assault on civilian populations that just happen to be in areas into which either ISIS or US proxy forces are infiltrating or where they are actively fighting. US proxies are already opening a front inside Damascus, so there will of course be civilian casualties when Syrian forces attack them. Those casualties will provide the US the pretext it always uses for its wars — “humanitarian catastrophe.” Then what do we hav? A face-off between Russia’s air force and the US air force. With either Hillary Clinton at the helm and thirsting for her first real war, or Donald Trump there getting ready to play show-off, the US is in serious trouble.

And finally we have eastern Europe and the Baltic states, where the US seems to think it can put as many tanks and men on Russia’s borders as it wants, hold as many war exercises aimed against Russia as it likes, and still act affronted when Russia buzzes its aircraft or its soldiers. The US is the clear aggressor in this situation and if there ever was a peace movement in Europe, this is the time for it. But since Europe is being swamped with illegals from all those countries we’re wrecking, I guess that’s not in the cards. Now Russia is putting three new military divisions on its western, northern and southern borders. That should calm things down.
